Support History Report
The RedAlert Direct Support System is an internet-based task status message system.
This system was designed to help both Alpine and department personnel manage the status
of system implementation. Departments can add support requests via the Direct Support Feature
within RedAlert or via the Online Support request form.
Users can login to view a Support History Report for their department. Simply provide the
state, fdid number, and password. If you have forgotten your password or would like to register
